HPC Hockey Coach Education Programme
Coach Education Day at Strathallan School – Friday 26th September 2025
HPC Training Ltd are pleased to announce our new Coach Education Programme which we are rolling out in September 2025.
This is a unique opportunity for teachers and club coaches who want to develop their coaching skills, knowledge, and professional development.
We are delighted to have Jami Mülders, a lifelong friend, and World Class coach involved with the programme. Jami is a highly decorated coach with exceptional skills.
His amazing coaching journey includes winning the World Cup with the Dutch ladies in 2022.
Further to this Jami has won gold at the European Championships and won an Olympic bronze medal with the German Women’s team at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. This followed winning a bronze medal with the Chinese women’s team at the 2018 Asian Games.
Most recently, Jami won the silver medal with the German men’s team at the Paris 2024 Olympics, marking a significant milestone in his coaching career. Jami is one of only three individuals in the hockey world to have the extraordinary distinction of becoming a World Champion both on the field and from the sidelines as a coach.
Jami Mülders’ coaching philosophy centres on harmonising peak performance with personal well-being. Working with Jami means not only enhancing your professional or athletic performance but also fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness and growth. His holistic approach provides tailored strategies and a robust support system, empowering clients to ignite their passion, clarify their roles, and cultivate a mindset of openness when it’s most needed.
The programme kicks off with a full day event at Strathallan school on the Friday 26th September and Coaching Clinics and Road Shows on the Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th. (venue and timings to be confirmed).
A full day itinerary and programme is detailed below with the session commencing with coffee and tea in the main school and then onto a number of presentations in the auditorium.
